I had a wonderful stay in Hurghada! Karam, the hotel manager, made sure that the hotel experience was amazing. The hotel has beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere with amazing facilities. The food was delicious, and the variety of restaurants offered plenty of options to choose from. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it! ❤️

A wonderful stay in Hurghada! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm welcome. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, bright and clean. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning and very large, with plenty of facilities to enjoy throughout your stay. There are many restaurants to choose from, including several à la carte restaurants. The hotel also offers numerous swimming pools and a water park, which is perfect for children as well as adults who want to have fun! There are also plenty of bars conveniently located throughout the resort. The hotel has a beautiful private beach, equipped with sun loungers and parasols, making it a lovely place to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The buffet was generally very good, with a different selection of food every day, so there was always something new to try. What truly made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and attentive throughout our holiday. I would especially like to thank Mr. Karam, the hotel manager, for arranging our late check-out and for taking the time every day to check on us and make sure everything was going well. His kindness, attention and genuine care for his guests were greatly appreciated! Overall, we highly recommend this hotel. We had a fantastic holiday and would not hesitate to return for our next vacation in Hurghada. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Owner changed to a hotel nearby as this one is under renovation. But the problem if this is under renovation they shall not accept guests! Aquapark and garden were Ok.

We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids we checked in at 01:00 am but there were only 3 beds at the rom and they tries to add 4th bed which made it possible to move at the room and they didn't help us during the night. In the morning they upgraded the room to a family room but we were very disappointed with the room that check in us. There are many alternatives for food but they were not tasty
