Friendly, nice intimate scale, boutique feel. Easy in and out.
I love the location, but the parking situation is challenging. The parking lot next door was closed when I came back to the hotel, and the other nearest one required me to walk alone late at night through an area that felt a little unsafe. |
I'm always a little surprised how small the rooms are, but also find them fully functional and good spaces for sleeping.

Thank you - the staff at Hyatt on the Bund made this hotel a stand-out place to stay.

Check in was easy and the staff were very polite and friendly. They allowed us to park out front while unloading the vehicle which was a big help considering you have to park across the street. The rooms were decent and had the essentials for a one nights stay. Facilities were good, bed, shower kitchen.
Issues with the wifi dropping and expiring. Parking also something to keep in mind if you have a car. I think more transparency that this hotel does require security deposits. I know places do and some don't but it was not clear when booking so had quite the surprise when I had to pay $200.00 on arrival, but refundable of course.
