Excellent location, quiet. Close to underground station now so travel to other parts of Auckland easy.
Kitchen equipment on sparse side for a four star facility.
Furnishing old and tired.

The area was nice, the bed was comfy and really well made!! I’m very picky when it comes to bedding and sheets and I was very pleased. A fan in the bathroom may have been nice but other then that it was great

Very clean and nice facilities
The small wait to get into our room, staff were very apologetic however

The water pressure was good, bed was comfortable, location was perfect.
The room was nothing like was advertised and I assume it must've been the worst room based on other photos. Severe water damage to the floor, walls, furniture and carpet wasn't even attached anymore. The air conditioner wasn't working but there was no heating provided so I was freezing and had to sleep with multiple layers on. There was make up on the sheet and blood on my partners pillow. This was booked for my 40th so I was pretty dissapointed with the discomfort of our stay.
