Radisson RED Auckland

Very spacious hotel room, with the most amazing set up for our two small dogs. Huge pet bed provided and dog bowls. Located around a number of delicious Asian restaurants and only a 5-minute walk down to the harbour.

The decor is absolutely stunning. The room had everything we needed for one night stay. Having a bar to have drinks and then dinner before we headed out was just brilliant.

Noise of the extractor fan would not switch off. Annoyed my son.

The rooftop bar and restaurant is superbly awesome. The lobby and restaurant area at the bottom is very calm and comfortable, unfortunately there bar closes around 10 pm. Walking distance to the majority locations, skycity, nike stores, chancery, crown plaza, etc.

Staff: The majority were very helpful and polite. A few were very rude, specifically indians. I am an indian myself but honestly service from indian staff at the reception desk was pathetic. Cleanliness: Rooms were dusty to some extent. Breakfast: Options didn't change. We stayed for 7 days with the same breakfast every day. Standard breakfast - eggs, breads, fruits, pastries, porridge, baked bean. A few gluten options are available. Food option: Not many to choose from. No late night option. Only light snacks (nuts) are available for night or with at the bar.
