A beautiful spot in Theth, private with fantastic views of the mountains and spacious lawns for our little one year old to explore. Well-appointed and comfortable room, breakfast buffet was amazing with fresh fruit, pastries, eggs, coffee etc.

We would have appreciated a kettle in our room, and there is some construction noise during the daytime (as in most of Theth).

We had a wonderful 2-night stay here. The location was perfect, just a couple of minutes' drive from the main town. You're also able to walk along the river from the property right into the town or even start the Valbona Pass. The staff were lovely, very accommodating and kind. The chalet was very comfortable and cosy. We loved the fire and the wild horses roaming outside. The dinners and breakfasts were great. We ended up having dinner and breakfast every morning and every night there. We didn't see the need to go into town when the food, prices and service were so great on property.

Not sure whether this is a common occurrence, but there was very often little to no power. They would use a main generator for the evening, but overnight and during the day, there was little power, meaning you couldn't charge your devices or have access to lights overnight. You also weren't able to use the kettle. There was no tea or milk provided in the room, and the coffee machine didn't work due to the power. I would have loved to be able to see the mountains from the bedroom upstairs, although the large curtains could only be open or shut, completely blocking the mountain view. I would have appreciated a clean on the middle day, with the bed tightened up and the area around the fireplace cleaned. There was lots of ash and bits of wood loose on the ground. There was also a bad smell coming out of the bathroom drains, but of course we're in the mountains so that's fine. Just make sure you keep your bathroom door closed at all times.

Beautiful location outside Teth, lovely staff and very cosy and clean amenities, breakfast and dinner were delicious!

The power is slow during the day so things like coffee machine, fridge and aircon do not work.

The Location was superb and view was worth it

Staff attitude wasn’t the best and not as expected, one thing I didn’t like is he came to our Villa and asked us to take of our shoes of while we were literally behind the door still not unpacked, he came to say that with a parental attitude inside our “RENTED” Villa for the day! Ive never encountered to rent a villa or book an hotel and someone come to me while im still unpacked and tell me you have to take off your shoes with an attitude! Of course im gonna take it off im not gonna sleep with it we still didn’t unpack! But worst part wasn’t his attitude, it was the dinner! We decided to have dinner in there and my god I’m still suffering till now. We ordered beef and my stomach still suffering till this day, it tasted so bad and I believe we got poisoned from that meal
