Great location, centrally located and close to many attractions.
The property was very well maintained, clean and has a beautiful aesthetic. But the best part was the staff. The reception and bar were run very efficiently with personalised assistance for any and all requests. And the staff at the restaurant were extremely welcoming and professional.

La Passion Premium Cau Go Hotel provides an amazing experience in the Old Quarter with wonderful service and a fantastic central location.
The staff members are very friendly and most spoke English.
24-hour reception: The front desk is always open and seemed happy to share helpful travel tips.
Spacious rooms: The rooms offered plenty of room to relax.
Daily cleaning: Housekeeping kept the space spotless every day.
Rooftop restaurant: The air-conditioned rooftop area served my favourite morning coffee in Hanoi.
Breakfast: Breakfast was included with our room rate and catered to food allergies.
Sky bar: Evening wine on the sky bar patio offered beautiful views of the lake and city lights.
Central sights: The hotel is a short walk to popular local attractions.
Sightseeing bus: It is a 10-15 min walk to the opera house to buy tickets for the hop-on hop-off sightseeing bus.
Water puppets: The Lotus Water Puppet Show is a short 7-10min walk away. We saw both puppet shows and Lotus was our preferred show. Both shows had a similar format.
Great dining close by: Puro House Restaurant served a delicious hot plate steak meal with a wine, and El Gaucho steakhouse offers gorgeous views of Saint Joseph Cathedral.
Pampering: Coco Hairdresser is right across the road, where you can get your hair washed and dried for less than $20 AUD. I have hair extensions and they were able to wash them correctly. Best hair wash massage too!
Weekend: If you stay over the weekend, the streets are closed around the lake and it made it easier to enjoy the night life and walk around the lake. The city comes alive at night.
Couldn't recommend a stay at this hotel in the Old Quarter more if you are looking for comfort and convenience.
