We had a family lake view room on the 7th floor. The rooftop bar is just above this floor and they would move chairs/tables late at night which was quite disturbing. The balcony is very small, can’t sit there. No black tea provided in the room- similar to other hotels in Vietnam.

Centrally located, close to many shops, restaurants, safe neighborhood. Breakfast is high quality with many varieties. The staff is exceptionally nice and helpful, which made my stay a lot better. Great hospitality!

員工親切，一層有兩間，雙人房靠大街，三人房靠裡面很安靜，有一張雙人床與一張單人床，有浴缸，樓下很熱鬧，吃的東西很多，機能很好，離銀樓街走路大約三分鐘，昇龍水上戲院也三分鐘，早餐很豐富還可以現點很多品項，像是煎餅跟河粉以及各式蛋料理，很不錯。

Super hôtel situé en plein centre de la ville. Chambre propre et confortable. Le déjeuner est en buffet, bon et complet. Le personnel est au petit soin, ils nous conseillent et nous aident à réserver des transports si besoin, c’est très pratique. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel.

It was well located in the old town area. The staff were friendly and helpfjul and the rooms were clean and comfortable. There was a good choice of breakfast food.

The hotel is located in the heart of Hanoi, easy to explore the centre even on foot. The room was cozy, clean and perfect to stay in the city for a couple of days. Tommy and Max were superkind, helped us a lot and gave us very useful informations. And the whole staff were amazing as well. Just keep on this way!

Excellent service with wonderful breakfast, very close to the Hoang Kiem lake, good location with plenty of things to eat for very reasonable price. Ms. Swan was very helpful, Tommy went above and beyond to accommodate everything for us and Leanna always served us breakfast with a smile. Overall the staff provided 5 stars service for a 3 stars hotel. To Tommy, Ms. Swan and Leanna we thank you from the bottom of hearts for making our trip to Hanoi a memorable one.

Great location in the Old Quarter of Hanoi close to the Hoan Kiem Lake, restaurants, shops, and a short walk to the French Quarter, opera house and the Water Puppet Show theater. Even though the hotel was on a busy street, the room was quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfy and had all the amenities you could need.

The air conditioning in the hotel room didn’t work well and the room smelled of sewage.

Loved the location of the hotel.everything was accessible by walking.The staff were more than amazing.Would specially like to thank Swan,Max,Gimes,Tommy and Daisy for all the help they extended towards us.Also the breakfast was very good too.

Room was good size, good breakfast and location is great. Room view not as I expected. Photos shows clear view of lake but I ended up portion of lake and rest all roof of houses. Very disappointed by that.

Location is amazing, the complimentary tea in the afternoon is wonderful as well. Bed was comfortable, not much to complain about here.

i used my credit card to settle the final balance payment. The hotel charged me extra 3% of my total balance payment, giving reason that I'm using international credit card. Back at home, my bank charged me another 2.25% ON TOP of the final payment!! in short ,i was charged extra( 2times). Wonder , is it a standard charge like that?

The proximity to the lake was great, as was the general location. The staff was very nice and helpful.

We had upgraded our booking to a 'better' room, one having a balcony. The pictures made that space look much larger than it really was.

Excellent staff, very accommodating when we needed to book another night last minute.

Wish there were more vegan options for breakfast.
