A very comfortable hotel right in the old Quarter and next to the lake. A good sized room, a comfy bed and a good hot shower . The breakfast was more than enough and the staff have been fantastic .

The property is very centric which is the best thing you could do in Hanoi so you can wander around the old quarter. The staff is amazing, always eager to help and very friendly, loved the recommendation they gave us (thanks for the pho recommendation Hannah!)

Good price for location and size of the room and comfort of beds.
Fantastic staff
Wasn't clear from the booking that this was a windowless room.
The breakfast was very disappointing and didn't reflect existing reviews.
