Staff were lovely and very helpful including helping us pack while we were on tour. Location was 10/10 and so easy to get around with young kids. Will certainly come back and thank you for the wonderful experience

Very clean and comfortable in a great location.
Although I enjoyed the breakfast, our two kids struggled to find much other than the fresh fruit.
When the booking was made it was agreed that free airport pickup was included but on checking out they refused to accept this and we ended up paying for it.

Incredibly friendly and helpful reception staff. A good size room with a nice terrace (although at 38 deg and humid we didn't really make use of it!). Good location next to Ho Hoan Kiem - just outside the Old Quarter.
Not spotless. Long black hairs in bathroom, grubby power sockets etc. No walk in shower - just a wall attachment in the bath - which provided a lot of very hot water! Air con struggled - set it to 16 deg and I reckon it got down to about 22 deg. Breakfast was average - a small selection and no cakes!
