Hôtel Le Joyau Bleu Hanoï

The staff were friendly and very accommodating. Rooms very clean and spacious.

No complaints about the hotel at all however if I was looking for a hotel with a relaxing pool / deck it may not meet expectations.

The staff! Thank you Justin,Vincent, Mina, Denny and everyone. You looked after us and made us really comfortable during our stay. We miss everyone! Your sincerity in service is above and beyond. This hotel is brand new and clean and they will help you with everything you need. The swimming pool is a bonus! Location close to lake, coffee street, theater and all the places we wanted to visit. We stayed 11 nights and Vincent organized our trips to Ninh Binh and Ha long Bay. Justin is such a friendly manager, even helped us in the pharmacy to translate as my son had a minor injury and all the staff were kind and helpful every single day! Thank you. We can't wait to go back!

Nothing! Maybe a bit of improvement, just label on breakfast that's all, no big deal everyone will answer anyways if you ask about the food but it will help all the staff if the food has a label on.

Great service, location and all the extra special touches in the room were outstanding - flowers, fruits, welcome drinks, and wonderful presentation.

The staff were so kind and accommodating, the location was perfect, and the hotel itself was so nice and clean. I had the most comfortable stay!

I’m not sure if it’s just where my room was situated (at the end of the hall perpendicular to another room), but it wasn’t very soundproof. I could constantly hear my neighbour slamming the door to get in and out, early in the morning and late at night. It woke me up several times.
