Since there was an issue at this apartment, we were relocated in advance with no change to the price. The staff was on hand to answer questions promptly even before our stay. We were very comfortable and satisfied.

The location was perfect to visit Chester and the University.
Clear instructions on how to get to the car park. The only directions were to the front door. Very happy with the car park when we got to it. Also, instruction on which apartment we were staying in would have been useful.

Bed was comfortable, Chester town centre is lovely
No heating as heating was advertised, no extra blankets,no instructions on how to use the stove/oven, extremely hard to locate parking at apartment, only one bedside lamp, bedside tables too low, no access to window and fresh air, table in the wardrobe so couldn’t hang clothes up tv set on a stupid angle
