Good location for city centre, however in a quiet cul de sac

Excellent flat with off road parking, short distance to town/supermarket, short distance to zoo, really well laid out inside, modern, clean, kids enjoyed the jacuzzi bath, fridge/freezer/washer/dryer/cooker all great, nice to have outside space gated off, responsive host, no issues with access
The double bed and sofa could do with updating as we found them quite uncomfortable

Ideal location for exploring the local area. Bed was comfortable. Roomy apartment on the ground floor with easy access. Equipped kitchen. WiFi needed to be connected to the TV with access available to apps. WiFi intermittent on our phones, but available.
No fans available and it was incredibly hot. Bathrooms were a little worn in areas. Sofa had a strange smell and could do with a wash. Damaged curtains in the lounge. Not very homely, but was adequate for one night.
