A wonderful location along the river. Great rooftop pool rooms looking out over the river. Tuk tuk service to local mall that is brilliant. Modern facilities and very clean.

Marketed as a luxury hotel, luxury it is not. No traditional Thai happy greetings, welcome drinks or cool towel. Had to wait an hour for our room to be ready with no explanation (after designated check in time) nor compensation. We saw no more than 2 other guests during our time there. Property has the bones of a luxury hotel but is lacking the fine details. Some of our cabinetry was broken/damaged, bath towels were all worn and frayed around edges, lawns around the pool needed cutting badly. Given the cost we paid per night it was extremely disappointing. Had a much more luxurious stay at our previous hotel that cost a 3rd of the price.
