Great hotel in a fantastic location! It's a little old but still elegant. The staff are what make it great!! Top notch service! Take the boat service everywhere, it's the easiest and most enjoyable.

The view is over the tops from the room.
The staff’s kindness was superior.
I was injured at the Bangkok airport while getting Texi, and my knee got 8 stitches after all. I arrived the hotel after 2 am. and the staff gave me a benefit to check out late in the afternoon because I could not move around. My flight was late at night two days later.
In addition, I got the hotel nurse service to sterilize my wound part and it was wonderful and convenient experience. I will definitely use this hotel next time when I visit Bangkok again.

The staff which was so helpful they are truly outstanding. The food has always been just perfect 100% of the time and the position by the river is just unbeatable.
There is a wonderful spa and gym part and we had complementary meditation lessons and water gymnastics by the pool. I can’t wait to get back soon.
