I have to start my review by saying that if the elevator had been working propertly., it could have been a 10. However, the elevator issue falls under the things I wasn't happy with. First, I’d like to note that the apartment itself is beautiful and well-equipped. The kitchen has everything—dishes, cookware, coffee ,Capsules tea, and detergent for both the washing machine and the dishwasher. They left us plenty of snacks and treats. The apartment is centrally located, within walking distance of the Old Town. There is a supermarket (Lidl) just a two-minute walk away, and there is a nice little balcony. The property manager, Aneta, was available and even notified us—at our request—when the apartment was ready before the official check-in time. In short: an excellent apartment
The elevator issue: The elevator is very old, extremely small, and claustrophobic. It can barely fit two people with their luggage. The apartment is on the 5th floor, making it difficult for a couple in their 70s to carry suitcases up the stairs. What really bothered me was that the property manager, Aneta, didn't inform me that the elevator light wasn't working—something the neighbors said had been known for days before our arrival. A dark, scary elevator isn't what you expect when going on vacation. Furthermore, the day after we arrived, the elevator door on the 5th floor malfunctioned and wouldn't open. This forced us to ride the elevator in the dark to the 4th floor and walk the rest of the way several times a day. When we reported this to Aneta, she said she only rents out the property—she isn't the owner—and bears no responsibility for what happens outside the apartment itself. Disappointing! According to the neighbors, it will take a while for the elevator to be fixed because they are looking for a new maintenance company; we saw everyone else using the elevator in the dark, too. In summary: the apartment is excellent, but just keep the elevator situation in mind.

Zentrale Lage, gute Ausstattung in der Wohnung. Kleiner Balkon als Bonus. Check-In hat gut funktioniert. Hübsche Wohnung insgesamt.
Der Aufzug war etwas abenteuerlich und die Wohnung im 5. Stock…

Very good location in the centre; nice and clean apartment, breakfast served in the nearby hotel with a wide selection of food; excellent communication with the owner. I would highly recommend.
