Locația este excelentă, apartamentul este spațios, confortabil, curat.

Ev çok temizdi, check in saatinden önce eşyalarımızı bırakmamıza olanak sağladı, evde ihtiyaç olunan herşey vardı. Üstelik güzel ve ince hediyeniz için de ayrıca teşekkür ederiz (artık yatak odasında bir tv ihtiyacım olduğunu farkettim 😂)

The apartment was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the old town and shopping mall. Nice and quiet area. Good value for the money. Communication with the host is very clear and helpful.

Everything was perfect

The apartment itself was actually very beautiful. It featured a huge TV, a large and comfortable bed, and great air conditioning. Furthermore, the cleaning lady sent by the host was genuinely nice and polite.

In several parts of the apartment, it was dirty with lots of dust and hair. The shower drain was entirely clogged with a disgusting, thick build-up of old hair and black sludge. When we tried to shower, the water didn't drain at all, forcing us to stand in nasty, stagnant water. The bathroom cup was just as bad: it was covered in a thick layer of old mold and limescale, and it had a very foul odor. Furthermore, there were long hairs and dust fuzz in every corner, and the sofa had definitely not been vacuumed at all. When we confronted the host (Peter), his response was a masterclass in gaslighting and manipulation. Instead of apologizing, he tried to deflect from the state of the apartment by bragging about giving us complimentary wine and free parking—as if a bottle of wine makes up for these flaws! He then tried to convince us that the shower "works safely and normally" while completely ignoring the flooding water. He even excused the moldy cup by saying it was "not intended for drinking water." We obviously knew that, but the cup was so filthy and smelled so bad we wouldn't even put a toothbrush in there! Instead of taking responsibility, he accused us of "disassembling" things just because we lifted the loose drain cover to see why it was flooding. To top it off, he became incredibly passive-aggressive and told us that if we want clean facilities, we should book a 5-star hotel instead of expecting it for €30/night. Basic hygiene and cleanliness are NOT 5-star luxuries, they are the absolute minimum. Total lack of respect and zero professionalism from the host's side.
