What I liked:
The communication with the owner was very good. When I told him that I was not happy with the Boca apartment, he reacted professionally and offered me another apartment. I really appreciated this, because this kind of attitude and willingness to solve a problem is quite rare.
The second apartment was much better: clean, comfortable, and overall very good. I am very grateful to the owner for offering this alternative.
What I didn’t like:
I personally cannot recommend the Boca apartment. For me, it was very uncomfortable to stay there, and I would definitely not book this particular unit again.
The second apartment itself was good, but it also had one major problem: there is a nightclub/bar directly underneath, and loud music can be heard in the apartment until around 3:00 AM. If you are sensitive to noise or want to sleep early, this is a serious disadvantage.
