Nice and spacious room. Location was good. Staff was helpful and friendly.
Sadly they were no parking and had to use valet services with a fee.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, and prompt and responsive to issues that we had.
Accommodation was good with the exception of the issue described below.
The swimming pool was closed for maintenance - there was no advance notification of this and no reduction in the price to reflect the pool being closed.
Our booking at this hotel was made on the basis that there was a pool which we could relax by after travelling from the I’m.
