Great spot for our family of 8 to enjoy the beach together!

This was a nice property, super close to the beach which was nice. Centrally located in Orange Beach, close to everything - restaurants, shopping, etc. The living and kitchen area were nice and up to date.We had a few hiccups that were frustrating. The bed sheets were not changed before we arrived. They were dirty with hair all over them. We arrived late, so nothing could be done until the next morning. The property managers did send new sheets first thing in the morning, but it was a rough start after driving 7 hours to have to sleep on top of the comforter with whatever blankets we had in the car. Another frustration point was one of the showers had a "Do Not Use" sign on it. It would have been nice to be given a credit because this wasn't the 4 bedroom 3 bath as advertised. Someone took the time to make a sign, they could have let us know. Another note about beach access. The check in instructions say "Use the gate between the two big houses". Which ones? The street has about 6 or 7 houses that are exactly the same size. Maybe you could update the beach access with the address of the houses guests should walk between.

Host was very informative and check in process was easy. The home was beautiful with very nice upgrades, spacious and very clean! We had a Wonderful stay :) My only concern was Beach access while the 1 site walkable down at the end of a short road the other listed across from the home was inaccessible due to a fence with no gate :( Overall it was a very lovely stay with my family and we were very happy in our time there

We've been going to OB for approximately 15 years and this was our first time at this property. Nice house just steps away from the beach. Reached out to let them know the hot water heater wasn't working for our shower and that the pulls for our furniture were broken off and couldn't open and close without rigging it. I believe we reached out the next morning after we arrived. They said they would send someone out. On our 3rd day we received a call around 9:00 pm from someone asking if we wanted to just wait until the following day because it was so late. We said that was fine. Never heard back from them and never got the hot water heater going. The only other issue was that there is no closet in the upstairs unit with the king bed. Nice home and convenient to the beach. Disappointing to pay that much and not have the hot water heater fixed.
