A great location and well designed apartment. Nice to have the outdoor area to sit. Great bonus to have car parking
Could have been much cleaner. Sleeps 5 (4 overnight guests in our party) but only 2 wine glasses, after requesting more I got 2 champagne flutes! Only 3 chairs as previous guest broke one. Made our dinner for 5 interesting. 2 wine glasses, 2 champagne flutes and 1 tumbler for the wine. Mismatched chairs supplemented by an outdoor chair too. I re washed any cutlery or crockery before use as they were not very clean. A bit disappointing for an otherwise good apartment

Great location, quiet, parking space, all amenities.
Only slight issue is being a taller guy, single beds aren’t the greatest, but that’s not an issue for the apartment, more just an fyi for any other taller people.

Good size rooms, the beds are 2 singles in each bedroom which can be pushed together or separated easily - perfect for partners or friends. The flat was a decent size, kitchen well equipped. The flat is ground floor, at the back of the property so very quiet and leads straight out to the car park which is very helpful. Location is great, lovely walk through the park to the centre of town, Cardiff town centre was a very pleasant surprize, overall a very good stay, will book this property again for sure.
Would be good to do a quick inventory to replenish some glasses, add more dining chairs so that it can comfortably accommodate the amount of people advertised. Not a big issue, but would make it 5 star.

I liked the location of the property, opposite Bute Park and very close to the university, where my son was taking a summer course.
The property hall, right before you enter the flats, was always dirty, and I also found that the flat’s floor was not properly cleaned. Some of the kitchen’s utensils were very worn.
