Location was perfect

The location was great! The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans, etc. The dock was a great addition and was fished off of everyday. We saw dolphins and an alligator in the water up close to the dock. It was a great family experience.
The listing did not explain that the first and second floor were not connected with indoor stairs. Not a deal breaker we made it work. There was no TV in one of the upstairs bedrooms.

Views of sunrise were amazing. Dock is great to fish, or watch wildlife from. Ample parking and space for people. Decor was nice, tasteful. Plentiful seating. Ceiling fans!
Needs more lighting outside, especially on the dock and back deck. A sink disposal would be a great addition to the kitchen. The oven is a specialty oven and needs instructions.
