Everyone was so patient as my girlfriend was quite ill . There wasn't a thing she needed that Val or Spencer couldnt send Danni the ultimate spotless inspector from New sheets to towels they gave extra. My babygirl felt pampered even when she made a mess being ill and all they understood . Ty guys and gals for helping get us ready for surgery next week and not judging in a time of crisis.

The washer and dryer were outdated but worked

The fact that they moved us to a better unit and accommodated that transfer was a big plus they were very patient as my girlfriend was so sick and you know she had to be cleaned up after they were very kind and overall it was very quiet even though there was some construction that was only during the middle of the day otherwise they're very clean very attentive and very patient and for that reason I give them 10 ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

The pool and jacuzzi were great the fishing off the back on the intercoastal is amazing the boats are amazing I pass through and overall the lobby is an exceptionally beautiful with a white grand piano free coffee all day great gym and amazing staff

It’s a quaint existence in a busy world. Love it!

We had several things missing from the apartment. Blow dryer, bath towels, soap, beach towels but they promptly helped us out. It was also under construction which I was not made aware of prior to arriving. There appears to be a resident who is a drug dealer that makes you feel slightly uncomfortable and the smell of weed is pretty strong at certain points of the day in the pool area. Aside from that everything was fantastic!

The pros: I have stayed in 4 different apartments and 3 of the beds were very comfortable. The places are always very clean. The location is great. Love that there is laundry in the unit.

The cons: They do not change the door codes and they are all similar so anyone who has stayed there in past can get into any apartment. Someone posted what the codes were in another review (which I will not do for everyone’s security), but anyone on the internet can get into your room. Apparently maintenance is only available 4 days a week and they must have too many things to do. I reported the tub backing up when showering on Thursday morning. Friday night I was told maintenance wouldn’t be back until Tuesday. Tuesday came and went and maintenance never showed up. I checked out Wednesday with a shower that stilled backed up. There is no one onsite that you can go to if there is an issue. I was lucky my first few times there not having urgent issue so I overlooked this. You need to text when you do have an issue and wait all day for an answer and sometimes never get an answer. I come to Boca 4 times a year and will now have to find somewhere else to stay. They used up their chances with this last stay.

Appartement moderne, spacieux, deux grandes chambre bien décorées, bien équipée. Rez de chaussé près de la piscine et du spa. Belle vue sur le grand canal. Stationnement facile. Borne de recharge niveau 2 gratuite. 10 minutes de la plage à pied.

Gros travaux sur les balcons les jours de semaine climatisation bruyante dans la chambre du fond. Impossible d'assombrir la chambre du fond pour dormir car les stores son brisés depuis longtemps (inscrit dans un post precedent) et le passage est éclairé la nuit Fenêtre du salon est situé dans un coin de passage ce qui coupe l'intimité. Appartement sombre le jour car situe dan un coin. Il faut toujours allumer les lumières. Manque d'équipement d'entretien balai, savon à vaisselle, etc. On n'a pas recu le code d'accès par courriel et on l'a trouvé dans l'app. Le lendemain en revenant de l'epucerie le code ne fonctionnait plus. On en a eu un autre par telephone.

Everything was amazing. The place was very clean and had everything. They made it very convenient. Pool and hot tub with a beautiful view was unforgettable. The whole experience was amazing definitely recommend 10/10. Since our flight was delayed there were even able to give us a bit more time for checkout!

Just the construction was a bit disappointing.

The property was acceptable.

There was a leak from the floor above in the master bathroom. I notified management with a text and a phone call and no one responded!!!

I booked a stay here for a recent work trip and ended up stranded. I had a feeling in my gut that something was off about this booking so I even confirmed through booking.com the day before that everything was good to go. The day that I was supposed to check in I called the royal colonial on my short layover because something didn’t seem right. Sure enough, when I called they told me they had no room reserved for me (even though I had already been fully charged with no option for a refund). They explained that there have been issues between booking.com and the Royal Colonial and that multiple guests continue to show up with no trace of their reservation in existence. I ended up having to find an alternative place to stay on my own, last minute. I never once received any sort of cancellation notice from booking.com or the Royal Colonial. Lesson learned, follow your gut. Being stranded at night as you’re traveling by yourself is not fun!
