The property manager, Jean was fantastic! She was readily available to answer questions and arrange for repair service within 24 hours (leak under kitchen sink). The ranch style cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood and is within walking distance to town. It requires the ability to walk down/up a steep winding hill, but there is an off road path. The kitchen is stocked fairly well with dishes, cutlery, and cookware. The back yard is shaded with a ground level deck. A gas grill is available for use. Plenty of room for dogs to roam. Plenty of clean towels, linens, etc available for use. The house does not have an air conditioner, but it is rarely needed. The major drawback of the cottage is the poor condition of the mattresses in each of the three bedrooms. The two queen mattresses are both well used, forming places that sink, making a good nights sleep impossible. The two twin mattresses do not have any box springs (it is a trundle bed), making it very difficult for an adult to sleep comfortably. Please note that the overall rating of 2 stars is only due to the condition of all of the mattresses (causing back pain and lack of sleep). If the mattresses had been adequate, the overall rating would easily have been 5 stars.

This space was perfect for our family of teenagers and dog. Enough space for everyone in a quiet neighborhood, very very clean, and a seamless check-in and check-out process. Our host made us feel welcome and the space was well appointed with sheets and towels. Definitely would stay here again.

We had a very nice time. But the listing said there was soap and a hair dryer there wasn’t. Other than that it was very nice.

Nice quiet location after busy days. Close to beach, town, and lighthouses and major areas of interest. Nice home with open floor plan, nice yard, kitchen
well stocked for cooking and bbq. Outside of home needs exterminator. Screens on windows for which their missing need replaced.

We had a lovely time in Frankfort. The cottage was clean, well furnished and close to the beach. The fire pit, grill, and washer/dryer were nice additions. This rental could be improved by having a hair dryer, and towel racks in the bathrooms.

Beautiful house. Perfect for our needs to spend time with family who lives in Frankfort. Hope we can use again for a summer break.

We had a great stay in this comfortable and quiet location. We were able to tour the Traverse area easily , and come home to a great kitchen and living room.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Our initial first impression was how clean everything was. We enjoyed the open floor plan, the comfortable beds, the quiet and convenient location, and the nice linens. We would definitely stay again.

Shower quickly --wash dishes quickly -limited hot water. Had a great time look forward to coming next year.
