The room itself was spacious, nicely decorated, and had a large bathroom. The location is central and close to main attractions.
Staff was helpful and easy to communicate with.
The main building, which houses the SPA, fitness center, and reception, is about 100 m away. It was not clear to me when I made the reservation. No elevator.

As they say in America: location, location, location! This property had it all. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, the location in the heart of everything but quite at the same time. Traveled with my brother and our suite had two stories which made us feel like we each had our own space. Highly recommend this or its sister property. Note: you will walk up several flights of stairs to get to the entrance, but was not a problem for us.

Belle chambre, spacieuse et très propre. Emplacement au top dans le quartier historique. A 15 mn à pieds de la gare centrale de Palerme. Le petit-déjeuner servi à 2 mn sur le rooftop du Palazzo Santamarina.

Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und schön eingerichtet.
Der alte und teilweise renovierungsbedürftige "Palazzo" liegt mitten im Touristen Hotspot. Er ist allein nicht zu finden, nur über telefonischen Kontakt zur Rezeption, die circa 200m entfernt in einem anderen Hotel untergebracht ist - ziemlich versteckt um 3 Ecken herum. Für uns war das maximaler Stress bei der Anreise. Parkplätze in der Nähe zu finden ist quasi unmöglich. Einen Aufzug gibt es auch nicht, 2 Stockwerke nach oben mit Gepäck....
