Location in Collingwood, ease of access.
Check-in was a little rocky, the clerk wasn't around when I checked in, we had to call him, and it took him a little while to get at the desk. Room is a little small and sparse, but I don't need much, so it met my expectations.

The price and location is very good. Close to our friends place and will likely be a place we stay again when visiting.
They had a very soft extra blanket that was amazing.
Lots of TV channel options.
The front desk staff took a while to come out and get us checked in.
The TV screen quality sucked a bit.

"The property was clean, the staff are good, I forgot to get the name of the one who check us in but he was very knowledgeable and explained everything about the facility."
