The location, the rooms, breakfast, staff - very smiley and helpful
The walls seems are thin and sometimes the noise from the other room could be heard

My stay at Mona Bosphorus Hotel was absolutely amazing and I highly recommend it. The fact that the room was very nice, spacious and sparking clean, goes without saying. But what stood out the most was the dedication and caring support of the staff. This time I had some special requests (I am normally not a demanding guest), and the staff did anything in their power to help me. The breakfast is delicious - Authentic Turkish food - Don't skip it!
There was a bit noise from guests coming in and out during night time, so maybe the staff can enforce a silence time from midnight. But it didn't bother me much
