The location and room size .

The building has a very old, worn-out, with narrow and hot elevator. It is extremely slow and requires keys to operate. Sound insulation is poor, making it easy to hear noise from neighboring apartments. The bathroom towels had a very unpleasant smell. The shower drainage was very poor and became clogged even with a small amount of water. There is no housekeeping service. We stayed for four days, and our towels were not replaced even once. To reach the room, you have to climb more than 15 steps, which may be difficult for guests with heavy luggage or limited mobility. Upon entering the building, there was an unpleasant musty smell, and the hallway was very hot.

Ideální poloha pro všechny výlety, stanice metra byla docházkove 5 minut chůze. Majitel byl ochotný, umožnil nám dřívější check in. Během pobytu se nás ptal, jestli něco nepotřebuje.

Bez připomínek

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent, in a safe and pleasant area, very close to the Vatican and the metro station, which made it easy to explore Rome. The room was clean and well maintained, and the host was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this accommodation and would be happy to stay here again.

The property was overall very good. If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be the shower cabin in the bathroom, which could be updated. Apart from that, the accommodation was clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location.

perfektní lokalita v docházkové vzdálenosti Vatikán, metro za rohem, autobus v blízké ulici

zejména koupelna by stála za rekonstrukci, usazeniny ve wc, sprchovém koutě, velmi slabé vybavení kuchyňky - chybí základní věci jako rychlovarná konvice, čajové lžičky, utěrka
