Great location, nice modern, spacious flat with everything needed.
The only very small thing is the creaky laminate flooring.. not an issue though we were a bit concerned about the noise for people downstairs

Nice location and facilities were provided as one would expect.
Showing signs of aging especially the bathroom and could do with a little freshen up although it can be overlooked. Also the flooring was quite squeaky and there was signs that once again could do with a freshen up with gaps appearing in the laminate especially in the entrance hall
