Ideal location, lots of room to relax, views were amazing. Games room was very good every evening was spent in there. Only one small criticism the pool table was rather small and a full size one would put the icing on the cake.

The location was excellent- lovely outlook & plenty of space for the grandkids to run around without disturbing anyone. In fact we had intended to spend Saturday at the coast but they asked if we could stay at the house. We did go to Filey the next day and we all enjoyed that too p
There was nothing we disliked - we even got to grips with the Aga and became converts. It was perfect for our family get together
