Compact, good space. Well planned, easy access to local amenities. Nice breakfast. Welcoming staff. Quiet, personal parking spot.
Busy area, property not particularly easy to identify. Kitchen not massively equipped.

Well positioned for our trip to Preston. Clean and adequately equipped
All the smoke detectors had covers over them so wouldn’t have operated if required.
The mattresses weren’t the most comfortable
Also, when booking I thought that a breakfast basket was included - I may have been mistaken but there wasn’t one provided
