Breakfast stuff left for us which was lovely. We needed the room very last minute and it was ready for us so quickly which was much appreciated after a long day of travelling. Bed was really comfy and had a good nights sleep. Netflix on the tv was a bonus too. There’s an air fryer, microwave etc so could have cooked if we’d have been staying longer. Really nice homely feel. Lots of shops nearby.
Didn’t realise the parking was on the next street rather than right outside but we managed to get a space. Only negative really was the toilet flush, once it was flushed we had to wait some time to be able to flush it again if either of us just used it.

Spacious comfortable room. Great bathroom. Well equipped kitchenette. Location very convenient for railway station and only about 10 minutes walk from Scillonian departure point. Not much traffic noise. We appreciated the provision of a basic breakfast provisions which we weren't expecting.
Larger dishes would have been useful for breakfast cereal. The staircase is very steep.

Small cozy room , comfortable, nice clean big bathroom . the location is really nice - right next to the train station and the train station. Good eating joints around open till late. there is also a supermarket about 5-10 min walk away.
a small table and chair in the room would have been nice as i was working and had no place to keep my laptop. The entry stairs are a bit narrow and steep. The main door lock is a bit tricky. It was summers so the room was warm even though a fan was there but opening the windows was not feasible. Parking is extremely challenging around here
