I constantly return to Happy Beach as the rooms are clean , airfreshers in bathrooms keeps it smelling nice , reason I mention this as drainage can often have scents rise up any drains and I thought it was good for them to have air fresheners there at their own expense ,nothings cheap these days , how ever the value of this little guest house is excellent , comfortable beds ,large screen Tv and balcony , I could go on about restaurant also ,they can prepare lovely meals and assured they quality and presentations is great ,what else , the staff , they look after the people and the guest house very nicely , I’ll mention something separate, I couldn’t get a room as it was fully booked so I went to a 5 star just until I could get to Happy Beach , the 5 star was no where near 5 star to be honest and Happy Beach is 3 star and beat the 5 star in every department, I hope that anyone who goes to this little guest house feels similar experience,I can’t see why not as it’s always good

Breakfast was not available at the time I would eat, (before 8 AM)
No parking, tv didn't work, room not made up, very noisy bars close by.
