Cute place. Great location for access to stores. Got tub was broken by the freeze, but...what can you do? Property manager was super chill and offered to relocate/refund because of the tub. I decided to stay because of all the upsides.

This property was a little slice of heaven. The management company was very easy to work with and he space was a perfect little studio with separate full bath. Everything we needed. Very new and clean and enjoyed the full kitchen. The pool and jacuzzi were wonderful amenities. It was very quiet as we stayed during the week, we were the only tenants using 1 of 3 units on property. We have made a note to use this property again when we return to visit family in the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great location - very quiet neighborhood of older homes but blocks away from shopping and restaurants. Pool was clean and my 2 grandkids loved it. Studio style apartment on the second floor is updated and very clean.

This was my first time renting from a "corporate style" vacation rental company, so while the communication was "ok," it was void of the usual personal touches I enjoy.I was recovering from macular hole repair eye surgery, necessitating I not return to our higher elevation (3,800') Mount Shasta home. I needed to spend a week with my face down so waking hours in a massage chair and sleeping hours on a massage table. The host knew about my eye surgery, yet there was no word about hoping my healing was going well, only offers for add-on services as mid-week cleaning (for a additional fee) and early check in and late check out (also for additional fees). The facility was reasonably functional. The refrigerator had one door shelf which was broken (if I had tape I would have reattached it). There was a burned out light bulb in the bathroom and the toilet handle stuck down, which I repaired. The supplied pots and pans were toxic PTFE teflon coated, which I figured no one used anymore. If I had known I would have brought our own.The neighborhood was pleasant and mostly quiet, except being on the glide slope for the Medford airport so loud jets "on final" were going overhead quite often. But for the price it was sufficient for the necessity of my week long, face down healing. The HVAC worked fine. The internet was fast enough for me to stream Netflix movies to keep me occupied. The Keurig coffee machine was well stocked.Thank you for providing a clean and affordable place.
