Hotel staff was so pleasant. Room was great. Newly renovated. Construction is outside, which at first worried us driving in, but it did not cause any problems. Walked down to the trail and tasted the fresh spring water. If you want to go to the fresh spring spa near by, make sure you book an appointment for a soak in advance. Disappointed we didn’t because we then couldn’t get a time that worked for us.

Interesting motel! No coffee in your room, but coffee in a room marked “lounge” or a coffee kiosk in the parking lot - which did have great breakfast sandwiches. Ice available in the laundry area. Neither of these items were mentioned at check in or by note in our room.

The hotel is nice and the owners are also. The rooms have just been upgraded and are nice and clean. I booked a cabin with Hotels.com and got a room. This is a Hotel.com issue and not the owners. They have a place to buy fast food breakfast but no decaf coffee for us that can't have caffeine. But it was a nice hotel to spend a night or 2 at.

I really like the people that own this motel its almost like visiting relatives or friends they have a nice food place that's handy and good food etc there are alot of locals that get food and drinks there so you know it's a good place

This was a great place to visit. The room was clean and the staff were top notch! Would stay here on every visit to Hot Springs!

This is an older Motel…but it’s in the process of updating. Beautiful clean and quiet rooms. Perfect location. The man at the front desk was very helpful even suggesting restaurants. The little cafe is incredible! The breakfast burritos are huge and the coffee was great. Hope to stay here again!

From the time my friend and I were greeted at check in, until check out the next morning, every part of our stay was excellent. The owners are kind and friendly (as was their dogs), the room was comfortable and clean, and the room was quiet and dark while we slept. The free coffee is not your normal hotel coffee - it is coffee from their cute cafe, which also had a good selection of other menu items at a very reasonable price.
This is not the normal run of the mill hotel/motel. It is a very charming place run by people who made us (and my dog!) feel so welcome and at home. It’s very centrally located, and much less than hotels that are not as nice!

Location in the heart of Hot Springs, all the good stuff nearby/walkable. Very pet friendly. Clean, spacious rooms.

Our room was cozy. The shower head was superb! The mattress was firm and comfy for my husband's aging back. We had a zoom meeting scheduled and wifi was superb. The decor was unique, personal rather than look-a-like. The cafe was super convenient and food yummy. The only issue was the road construction getting to the inn but we got a backroad view of this sweet hilly town. Our stay was truly delightful!
