Breakfast choices were excellent and the location was supurb for us. All the staff were exceptional making our stay welcoming and homely.
Nothing we didnt like but to improve may be look at adding usb/c-type charging points in the rooms.

Very good location with an hourly bus service into Hunstanton (about 15 minutes) saving on parking and general aggravation. Comfortable room with an excellent shower/wet room. Superb restaurant. Well stocked bar!
The only negative might be that the room was a bit small - but adequate and with a private garden!
I don't mind but if you have an aversion to dogs, it might be better to go elsewhere.

Excellent location. Our room had a walk in shower and dedicated parking place directly outside the room. It was ground floor with level entry so excellent for my travelling companion, who walks with a stick. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was very good with friendly, super helpful staff.
There were steps down at each entry door to the pub where breakfast was served so disabled entry was not easy but the door by the toilets was less difficult and this was our suggested access. This was good as long as the door was unlocked, which was forgotten sometimes. It would be a good idea to fix grab handles at this door to assist access for visitors with mobility issues.

Walking distance of the coast.
Shabby. Leaves, spiders webs and bird poo not cleaned away in outside areas. Size of room was small, bathroom eaves meant husband could’nt stand up in the bathroom to pee. Shower gel empty for 3 days. This is not a 4 star. However it is 4 star prices.
