Easy to walk to dinner in China Town, Satellite City Hall, Bureau of Vital Statistics, Hawaii State Employees Retirement Board, and a short drive to Ala Moana Center for DMV and nearby Social Security Administration. Closet containing beach equipment—ice chest, boogie board x3, chair, umbrella, beach towels—simplifies outdoor recreation on top of available outdoor 11th floor pool and hot tub. Shampoo and body wash large containers provided in shower reduce suitcase clutter. Refrigerator and freezer very cold. Included parking space is bonus. UPS and convenience store in same block as Bishop Executive Centre saves time.

I had to turn on valve under kitchen sink for hot water to flow. Outdated Keurig coffeemaker only has a one cup reservoir.

Location and views were wonderful. The bed was comfortable. It was nice to have a small kitchen. We decided not to rent a car, bit if we did, free parking would be good.

The jets in the tub were moldy. The toaster oven was so dirty that it set off the fire alarm. We found burnt cheese and a dirty pan inside. We reported the issue and the staff quickly provided a new toaster oven. The refrigerator froze everything inside it.

Nice view; free parking; good location
