The apartment is huge, attractive with modern brownstone charm as well as a great value especially in relation to the cost of nearby hotels. Couldy easily accomodate 4 adults. On-street parking can be anxiety inducing but it was surprisingly easy to find nearby parking.
It took a bit for the apartment to cool off with the floor A/C units - but that's understandable given the high ceilings and age of the building. Providing fans (or bring your own) may be smart in the summer. The stairs may be difficult for some folks to climb (but it is a third floor brownstone).

Great room, very spacious. Very comfy sofa and the tv has Netflix. We spent the night just chilling and talking at home cus the room was very nice. The host was very responsive and accommodating.
