Had a lovely stay at this charming third-floor walk-up. The apartment itself is absolutely adorable; compact, but thoughtfully designed so that every inch of space is used to its fullest potential. It was also immaculate, beautifully maintained, and very well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. In addition, the host was very responsive and helpful. The location is quite convenient, especially with a Dunkin’ Donuts nearby, which was such a treat for this former New Englander!A few gentle notes: the sofa and kitchen bar chairs weren’t the most comfortable for extended use, but they were perfectly fine for shorter periods. The bed, while located in a loft, was actually quite comfortable and made for restful nights. There was also a Minut noise monitoring device mounted on the living room wall, which wasn’t noticed in the listing. Some early morning construction noise occurred during the stay as well. The only notable drawback was outside the apartment itself. The hallway leading up to the unit could use some attention, as it was visibly unclean, and one of the neighboring apartment doors was noticeably dirty. Overall, this is a great spot in a convenient location. If you’re looking for a convenient, compact, well-appointed, and charming place to stay, and don’t mind a few minor trade-offs, this would be a wonderful choice.
