perfect spot for our family of 4, the pull-out couch was bigger then i thought in the picture for our 3 kids

Place wasn’t as listed so the view was not good, but it was clean. I saw the place was listed for 6 night available at a pretty good rate , I requested to get those days and the next day someone named Jessica said the room for those nights weren’t available.. she said only two of the days were and those days were almost double the price and it was and it was the same room. Our flight was cancelled and I got to the island a day later. I asked ,” just asked “if they would comp me a free day so I wouldn’t have to go thru the insurance and make it easier since I was staying there for 2 weeks and the hotel front desk said there was avail rooms.. the lady Jessica replied with an attitude saying it wasn’t her fault “which is wasn’t “ and a whole paragraph of rude comments but I was just asking to avoid going thru the insurance and dealing with them since it takes a couple days but it is what it is . I get and understand that it wasn’t her fault but to get rude off just a question was a bit much. But other than that . Staff was nice , people were cool . I’ve stayed at st Thomas every year for the last 5 years and I prefer the Westin, point pleasant, or Cowpet bay west resort.
