Great amenities,
Helpful female member of staff (house keeping I think) showed us how to get in and answered questions.
Layout of the flat was good.
Bedroom light didn’t work, wall above the headboard had strange marks and looked dirty.
Shower door doesn’t close properly.
From the bedroom window could see loads of trash out the back and in the carpark- it’s a bit unsightly.

Very clean and spacious. All essentials available
Sofa bed mattresses - could feel the springs sticking out.

Very clean, well presented with good WiFi and shop facilities up on Mutley Plain.
Although dogs were welcome which is appreciated, the nearest toilet facilities ie grass for the dog was about half a mile so needed planning.

Location & parking
The heating was not working and it was winter. Access on arrival was a nightmare !
