Super cute appartment and spot

Modern eingerichtetes, angenehm helles, sauberes Studio.

It is a great location. A 5 minute walk to the trams into town and to the 2 railway stations and bus station.
It is situated on a quiet road.
The owner was not communicative. I asked, 2 months before arrival, to change our arrival time. We sat around for 4 hours until the key code was sent at 6pm. While we were waiting I texted and called her phone number 3 times. My husband was unable to walk far and there was no cafe open nearby.
I also sent her all our information for a Basel Card. There was nothing waiting for us.
The WiFi password in her information did not work. There was no information of any kind left for visitors in the apartment.
There was no soap in the bathroom and the towels were threadbare.
