The house is spacious, car park is big, well lit, smart TV with karaoke is nice, love the pool table, BBQ utensils are provided, bedroom equipped with aircond & got many beds. Cleanliness is okay.

1. Masterbedroom’s water heater is not working. 2. Masterbedroom don’t have a blackout curtain at the balcony’s window (no privacy) 3. Grass at the side of the house was not trimmed. 4. Unpleasant odor in the house (somewhat dusty/moldy kind of smell) - please use air freshener 5. Kitchen utensils were not fully provided (but it’s fine) 6. To lock the front door is quite, owner should’ve give instruction to how lock the door. 7. No garbage can provided outside the house for us to throw away the trash. Had to use the neighbor’s garbage can. Hope they ok lol. 8. Ventilation at the downstairs’ rooms were not that good, smoke from BBQ entered the room and made the room smelled for one night. 9. The room in the wet kitchen are not suitable to be a bedroom, too small & no ventilation. 10. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING ABOUT THE VILLA THAT WE DISLIKE: ⬇️ It is HAUNTED lol. There were 9 of us in the villa, 8 of us got spooked. We heard terrifying laughters, knocking sounds, three of our members’ leg got pulled during sleep. Our baby kept on crying at night. These experiences made us uncomfortable during the stay. I’m for one, not really believe in ghost stuffs, but what I experienced here were legit spooky. We suggest the owner to do something to make the environment of the house better in the future.
