Location was perfect. In the middle of everything and one short walk to a train station and all of Tokyo & its surrounding areas.

Sporo przestrzeni jak na japońskie warunki
Pokój ma swoje lata, ale jest czysty i wygodny

Just 2 minutes by walk from Higashi-Shinjuku subway station. Easy check-in / check-out
The bed sheets didn’t feel very clean. I found hair on them.

Ridiculous way to obtain key from mailbox. As you cannot open the mailbox you are required to fish with your finger through a narrow slot. All the while wondering if this is truly the right way to get access to the key!!! Also the remote for the tv was dead and therefore unable to turn on the tv. I don’t think guests should have to go out looking for batteries!!
