⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We spent our honeymoon at this beautiful property and honestly, we couldn’t have wished for a more wonderful stay. First of all, we have to mention Claudia. We have rarely – if ever – experienced such warm, friendly and at the same time incredibly professional service. She is simply amazing at what she does! You can really feel that she genuinely cares about her guests and wants them to have the best possible time, and she made our stay even more special. Our room was absolutely breathtaking and spotlessly clean. Even the towels are something we still remember – they were softer than the ones we have at home and smelled so lovely. 😄 The bed was wonderfully soft and we slept incredibly well every single night. The food was another highlight. Breakfast honestly couldn’t have been better. We also had the 3-course dinner twice and absolutely loved it both times. You can tell that they cook with excellent, high-quality ingredients, and everything was beautifully prepared and served. We actually only ate outside the hotel once during our entire stay because the food at the hotel was simply that good! One evening we also ordered from the snack bar – delicious as well! Another wonderful part of our stay was the wellness area. While we were still having dinner, Claudia prepared everything for us. Relaxing in the hot tub and enjoying the sauna afterwards was just perfect and such a lovely extra. And then there is the location. The peace and quiet here is something very special. We spent one whole day just enjoying the hotel and exploring the surrounding area on foot. We simply started walking and didn’t see another person during our entire hike. Instead, we discovered waterfalls, a river and the most breathtaking landscape. It was one of those days you never forget, and moments like these are exactly what made our honeymoon in Iceland so special. We truly enjoyed every single day here and honestly wished we could have stayed longer.

The place is very nice, with a modern design and bautifully located in the hills. A real hidden gem. The personnel was really nice and attentive. The outdoor wellness area is a real plus (sauna with an amazing view). The dinner and breakfast were amazing. Overall, it was the best accomodation we had in Iceland... and the best value for money. We would definetly come back!
