It lays directly on the ‘fondamenta’ (waterfront) next to the 9th Century Church of Sant’ Eufemia and within a stones throw of Harry’s Dolci and the world renowned Fortuny factory.

You are a two minute walk to the vaporetto (water bus) stop at Palanca which connects Giudecca to Zattere in a few minutes.
The apartment is metres from small local shops (including bakery, fruit and vegetable shop, butchers, post office, tabacheria) and if you can't find the things you need amongst those then there is also a Coop supermarket just a five minute walk away. We recommend breakfast at our favorite and friendly local bar on the island 'La Palanca'

You enter the apartment by way of an external staircase rising from an impeccably maintained internal courtyard, the light and fully air-conditioned apartment is made up of a kitchen with breakfast bar, white cabinetry and a dining area which leads to the apartment’s living room, furnished with three large comfortable sofas and three large windows frame views down into the large, south facing, private garden comprised of a patio with outdoor table and chairs which leads onto a well kept lawn with sun loungers.

The garden has to be accessed through the main staircase leading to the internal court. There is an emergency spiral stair from the livingroom that should not be used, especially by children.

There are two bedrooms – a master with double bed and unrivaled canal views! Plus its own en-suite bathroom. To the middle of the apartment a twin with two single beds and a large separate bathroom.

Additionally there is a SPA room with Jacuzzi which,in alternative, can eventually be used as an additional queenside bedroom.

Late check-in after 22:00 (to be organized in advance, subject to availability) is 50 €.
The tourist tax of €4/5 (per person, per night, up to a maximum of 5 nights per person) is not included, and will be collected in cash at the time of check-in.
The price of the initial and final cleaning is also included the organization, the meeting with the check-in manager, the registration in the state police and hand over the keys, towels, blankets and bedding clean
