Casino Tampa Mimi's Ste. K4

The host was very helpful and prompt with their response

Beautiful room. Will come back again if I can.

Mimi was a wonderful host! The room was clean, the bed and couch were comfortable, and it looked exactly like the photos. The location was great and the neighborhood was quiet.

I would not recommend booking through this host as she was very difficult. We had a change in our travel plans and had to decrease the number of nights we were staying 10 nights down to 6 nights. The host approved this change, and this change was made before the cancellation period, although we were not refunded the nights we would no longer be there. When we brought this to the hosts attention she stated we had to contact VRBO for a refund. After contacting VRBO they stated the refund was the hosts responsibility. We notified the host of this she refunded us 25 percent of what was suppose to be refunded. When we reached out to her again she stated this was not her responsibility and again that we needed to contact VRBO. We again contacted VRBO, who again told us that the refund was the hosts responsibility. VRBO then contacted the host 3 seperate times and she still refuses to refund us.Due to her refusal, VRBO did make this right and refunded us for our nights of we did not stay. The host did not respond to our messages. This was a very frustrating and disappointing experience that we have not had before with a VRBO host. I would not recommend booking through this host, especially if you anticipate your plans may change. The place over all was decent and it was close to the casino if you plan to spend time there.
