It’s very near to NAIA T3, very convenient when traveling. it’s near to restaurants and meetup places for meetings. the property also has staff who are very friendly and accommodating. The property is also neat and tidy. It was a seamless experience from booking to communicating with owner and checking in. I was greeted by a friendly and professional staff and I was led by the care taker (Belle) who’s also very warm and friendly. she showed me around the unit and made sure that I felt comfortable with the place. Her warm smile lit up the room 😊 the internet connection is also strong, perfect for my online work. Aircon and hot shower are also working well. The owner also provided drinking water.

Supposedly its near the Terminal 3 Naia. BUT you need to update and accurately coordinate with the google maps as it directs me to the opposite way ( going to Hilton Hotel). It was 130am and It took me 30mins to find it instead of only maybe 10mins walk from Naia bcoz i need to walk going back passing the Belmont Hotel. There is no signage at the intersection where its located, so I walked pass and until I saw the two Palm Tree Condo. Good thing there lot of security guards on duty at that time, so I asked them.

The appliances and utensils are there but just a little compliments for a good cup of coffee in the morning will be good. There I saw sachets of hardened coffee powder. (I believed its already outdated/expired)
