Breakfast not good, we had the same oily breakfast for 2 nights of stay. Restaurant was always dirty, no coffee mugs, lots of untidied tables. Tuk Tuk driver is friendly and also the cleaner (guy)

not accommodating, owner doesn't speak English well (Chinese) same as the wife( khmer) no other variety of of food. first night (room we stayed smell bad - toilet) No toiler door, so once to use the bathroom, the smell will spread into the whole room.

Li and the staff were absolutely amazing, made us welcome from the minute we got there they was always there if we needed anything and the food was amazing, Li arranged a bbq the first night we got there with a few others who was also staying at the resort and the food was honestly insane and it gave us a chance to be social and meet new friends for life. My friend was sick on arrival to the resort and Li did all he could to make sure she was okay and even made her a drink to help with her stomach pains, he was always so thoughtful and wanted to help. They have 3 dogs who are very friendly and they made the stay even better we were so sad to leave Li and the staff at the resort including the dogs, our stay was honestly amazing. The resort has its own beach and other reviews say it’s dirty but it’s not bad atall the water is so nice to swim in. If you want to explore island you can walk a hour or get a taxi boat but we loved how peaceful the resort was. You can also fish there which is fun, we did a snorkeling, fishing and swimming with plankton tour which Li booked for us and it was fun! Cant wait to come back already ❤️

We loved everything. Don’t worry about the location when you arrive to the main port saracen bay you can get a taxi boat to port near pearl beach and if you message the resort before hand with a few hours notice Li will give instructions and will have his staff waiting to collect you and your bags to take you to the resort. The resort is not on the main bit of the island but it’s so nice and peaceful and a short walk away is a mini mart, Li’s food is amazing we loved eating there every night so was not a problem we was not on the main part of the island.

The room, the service and the food were all absolutely amazing. Would not recommend staying anywhere else on the island. The owner Lee was one of the most incredible humans we’ve ever met during our travels. He went above and beyond over and over to ensure we had the most comfortable, stress free holiday. His family and staff were all so kind and giving, and Lee’s homemade Chinese cooking was genuinely the best food we’ve tasted in all of south east Asia. We feel so privledged to have stayed here and recommend that anyone visiting Sanloem does the same, I promise you will not be disappointed.

Les propriétaires et le personnel sont au top, ils nous ont accueillis chaleureusement, toujours avec le sourire. Ils feront tout pour que votre séjour se passe à merveille. la vue est magnifique et la nourriture est excellente !

Électricité , eau pas en continue, internet pas dans la chambre, les patrons parle seulement chinois , le restaurant chère et pas terrible , petit déjeuner chinois impossible de savoir à l’avance , mouches des sables sur la plage très désagréable

Superbe accueil de Lim, jeune chinois qui s est lancé dans ce projet d hôtel avec sa femme Lim cuisine chaque jour des plats différents au petit dej (cuisine Chinoise) nous fait goûter des petites tartes, soupe de coco aux lentilles très bonne ou petits poissons frit. La chambre est neuve et top propre Mémorable partie de domino chinois avec Lim ! En résumé bon rapport qualité prix car nous avions un budget serré

Il est difficile d arriver car l hôtel est de l autre côté du port principal donc lors de resa de ferry prendre un bateau qui s arrête a Sandy Beach et Lim viendra vous récupérer, sinon taxi boat
