The location was amazing!!
It was a very hot week in Florence. The A/C was not working properly and we did not receive the attention we needed to make it better. We had limited towels. We were 4 adults with a total of 3 bath towels and I had to use 2 hand towels as a towel. The TV did not work and although they did reply when we reached out they never followed through after our initial request until day before leaving which at that point we dealt with things.
