Apartment Description
A bright, centrally located apartment featuring a stunning habitable terrace overlooking the monuments of Florence, suitable for up to 6 + 1 guests. The property faces Via Dante Alighieri, and from its windows you can admire landmarks such as Palazzo della Signoria.
The apartment is located on the fourth floor (no elevator) and consists of: an entrance hallway, a spacious living room and dining area with a decorative fireplace (furnished in a classic contemporary style with elements inspired by Florentine Renaissance colors and decor); a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine; 3 full bathrooms (2 with shower and 1 with bathtub); 3 bedrooms, including a very large master double bedroom with a small sitting area and a single sofa bed, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a twin bedroom.
The terrace is accessible via an internal staircase (please note the low ceiling in some parts). From here, you can enjoy a breathtaking 360-degree view over Florence, including a unique view of the Duomo.
The apartment is equipped with free wireless internet, air conditioning in all rooms, a safe, and a fire extinguisher.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or on the terrace. The property is located near Piazza Cimatori, where you can find restaurants offering both traditional Florentine and international cuisine. A convenient supermarket is just downstairs, while the Dante Alighieri Museum is only 50 meters away. Piazza della Signoria, Piazza del Duomo, and Piazza della Repubblica are all within a 2-minute walk.
Guest Access
Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment, except for the technical room housing machinery and the boiler.
It is possible to arrive by car almost directly at the property. Guests can arrange parking nearby by booking in advance. Please note that the apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL): access is permitted if you have a parking reservation; otherwise, special authorization and a fee are required.

Lunches or dinners can be arranged upon request, subject to availability and at an additional cost.
The apartment cannot be booked for parties.
Porterage services are available upon request, subject to availability, and at an additional cost.
Check-ins are from 2.30pm to 8pm.
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
IMPORTANT: Please note that the terrace will be unavailable from November 1, 2026, to January 15, 2027, due to scheduled building maintenance works. The accommodation price reflects this temporary restriction.

The home was beautiful and very well-maintained. The location was ideal, within easy walking distance of all the top locations in Florence. The host was fantastic, providing great recommendations and always responding promptly. The home comfortably accommodated 4 adults. And the view from the rooftop terrace could not be topped. Truly memorable. A top-notch experience, which we highly recommend.

Amazing place with incredible roof top deck. Stairs are a challenge but possible. Totally worth it. Great location.

While there are 86 stairs to reach the front door, every single step is worth it for the stunning views. The apartment is incredibly spacious with huge rooms and three bathrooms—making it a perfect setup for two couples and a college student.The kitchen is clean, well-equipped, and more than adequate for cooking. Having a supermarket on the first floor was a total game-changer for convenience, and the laundry facilities were a huge plus. The location is unbeatable; it's easy to navigate all of Florence from here. If you don't mind the climb, the view is truly second to none!
